Hi! My name is Amanda. I have 1 sister. I love all sports but my favourite sport is hockey. I have 1 pet called Pepper and my Nonna and Gundy have a dog. When I grow up I want to be a butterfly keeper or I want to be a nanny. My favourite animals are butterflies and dolphins.

THE FUN RUN.

To start off the funrun we came to school all excited for the big run ahead of us. We dressed up in our house colours, black, red,yellow,blue and green. We paraded around the town yelling our chants. Everybody could see us.

The fun run requires a lot of preparation and hard training but it is all worth while, for the ice block and prizes. On the day we all dress up in colourful costumes in our house colours. A few weeks after the fun run we all get our special prizes, depending on how well we did on fundraising. The prizes range from walkie talkies to remote control cars and many other things. The winners go on to race at Rabbit Island.

Before the school had the space expo I wasn't very good at this space stuff. I knew the sun was in space and not to look at it and there (used to be) nine planets. At the space expo, parents came to have a look at our work. Now I know a lot. space is a whole new world out there!!BY KELSEY

I learned even that Mercury is the closest planet to the sun it is not the hottest. Venus is the hottest because the clouds trap the heat in. Jupiter's core is bigger than earth. The moon is the second lightest thing that we can see. The coldest part in our solar system is one of Uranus's moons.BY RYAN

Outer space. A big place. Full of stars and galexies scattered around the place. What did I learn about space? I learned that space is called space because there's plenty of space out in space. Moons and planets to populate one day. Space is very big like an old computer. Wide, like a new HD TV. Space is so big you would have to travel for years to get to anywhere.BY JORDAN

Hi my name is Kelsey and I am ten years old. My favorite animal is a dolphin. I live in a family of five, including the dog. There's my mum, my dad, and my brother. In my spare time, I read, study dolphins, take the dog for a walk, or play in my treehouse. My favourite colour is green. My favourite toys are Littlest Pet Shops.

HI! My name is Jordan and I am a blogger. In my class, room 5 we are studying astronomy and we are making rockets. On the roof of our class we have a display of all the planets. I quite like space as you may have found out from some of my other posts. I like space because there are many mysteries unsolved about space.

My name is Kelsey and I love dolphins. This picture is of a bottlenose dolphin. This breed is a good one for shows and training. Once I am older I want to train dolphins and live on a farm with two beautiful dogs. Different dolpins live in different places. eg. dusky dolphins live in the south island. Botos live in rivers in rainforests. most dolphins are endangered or in danger.
